Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic investigations relating to cybersecurity incidents, fraud, misuse of systems and policy violations.
• Collect, preserve and analyse digital evidence while maintaining chain-of-custody requirements.
• Provide forensic support during security incidents and major investigations.
• Assist in the examination of malicious software and suspicious activities affecting the Bank’s systems.
• Produce detailed investigation reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Support legal, compliance, audit and regulatory investigations where required.
• Maintain forensic tools, procedures and capabilities to support investigations.
• Identify indicators of compromise and support broader security investigations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cybersecurity Investigations or related areas.
• Experience conducting computer, network and mobile device investigations.
• Familiarity with forensic tools and investigative methodologies.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Relevant certifications such as GCFA, GCFE, CHFI, CEH, CISSP or related certifications will be an advantage.
