The company is seeking an HR Corps Member to join its Human Resources team in Lagos, offering practical experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration and general people operations.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support training sessions, workshops and staff activities.
- Assist with payroll and leave management processes.
- Prepare HR reports on attendance, turnover and training feedback.
- Support employee engagement, onboarding and orientation initiatives.
- Help ensure HR documents and policies are properly updated and filed.
- Provide general administrative support and direct employee enquiries to the appropriate HR contact.
Requirements
- Currently serving in NYSC or a recent graduate seeking internship experience.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
