1. Operator, Power Plant Generator
Job Title: Operator, Power Plant Generator

Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Practical experience with Wärtsilä gas engines, including engine shutdown and synchronisation.
- Knowledge of the engine’s low-temperature (LT) and high-temperature (HT) water circuits.
- Knowledge of engine maintenance.
- Experience in engine operation and maintenance.
2. Manager – Electrical
Job Title: Manager – Electrical
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations of substations, including transformers and low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) circuit breakers.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, troubleshoot faults, and implement solutions to minimise downtime.
- Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Manage Bergen and Wärtsilä engine automation and control systems.
- Apply technical knowledge of direct-on-line (DOL) starters, star-delta starters, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Oversee main distribution boards (MDBs), power control centres (PCCs), motor control centres (MCCs), and sub-distribution boards (SDBs).
- Prepare daily power generation reports and maintain accurate equipment operational data.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment in line with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and ensure proper implementation.
- Maintain discipline, enhance the technical skills of subordinates, and motivate team members.
Requirements
- Strong electrical engineering knowledge and practical experience in industrial power generation.
- Expertise in Wärtsilä and Bergen engines, particularly their automation and control systems.
- Knowledge of transformers, LV and MV circuit breakers, electrical distribution systems, and motor control equipment.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and equipment reliability management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
