Job Summary
The Supervisor will oversee floor operations, monitor staff performance, maintain high customer service standards and ensure operational efficiency across shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise floor staff, front-of-house operations and daily branch activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards and punctuality requirements.
- Resolve customer enquiries and operational challenges promptly during shifts.
- Prepare daily shift reports and submit staff performance summaries to management.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
