The successful candidates will gain practical experience in B2B sales, recruitment and talent advisory while engaging directly with business owners, senior executives, HR professionals and job candidates.
The role combines client engagement, business development and recruitment support, offering opportunities for professional growth and performance-based earnings. High performers have the potential to earn monthly commissions of ₦500,000 to over ₦1 million.

Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients and build a strong business pipeline through digital research, networking and referrals.
- Engage business owners, senior executives, HR leaders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment and talent needs.
- Present appropriate talent advisory and recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Handle client objections, negotiate and follow up with prospects to secure business opportunities.
- Source and manage qualified candidates for available positions.
- Coordinate interviews and support discussions relating to job offers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of business development and recruitment activities.
- Achieve assigned sales, recruitment and revenue targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics or a related field.
- Completed NYSC and at least one year of post-NYSC work experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruitment, customer service, contact centre operations or another client-facing role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated interest in B2B sales, recruitment or consulting.
- Confidence in engaging clients and building professional relationships.
- Ability to use digital platforms for prospecting and research.
- Residence within a commutable distance of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
