Urehgab is recruiting a Customer Service Attendant on behalf of its client in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will help guests enjoy games and attractions safely by providing assistance, explaining game instructions, monitoring equipment and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with games and attractions.
- Explain game instructions, controls and safety guidelines.
- Operate and monitor assigned machines during guest sessions.
- Keep machines and play areas clean, safe and ready for use.
- Assist guests and manage queues during busy periods.
- Identify and report equipment faults, incidents and safety concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with team members to manage guest flow and machine availability.
- Complete basic shift handovers and incident records.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
Applicants should be attentive, patient, responsible and committed to delivering excellent customer service. They should be able to communicate clearly with guests, follow instructions and work effectively with other team members.
