The company is recruiting to fill the position of Customer Sales Executive in Benue State.
Job Summary
The Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships and contributing to the achievement of revenue targets. The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years’ sales experience.
- Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver’s licence.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused and target-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
