Job Overview
AAVA Brands Limited is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Wholesale Sales to oversee and support wholesale sales operations across multiple regions in Nigeria. The successful candidate will contribute to sales growth, distributor development, territory expansion and market penetration within the spirits and alcoholic beverages industry.
The role requires a strong understanding of wholesale distribution, trade channels and route-to-market dynamics, alongside the ability to build effective business relationships, identify market opportunities and deliver measurable commercial results.
Requirements
Candidates should have demonstrable experience in the spirits or alcoholic beverages industry, with a strong understanding of the market, distribution networks and relevant sales channels.
Relevant experience in the following areas will be valuable:
- Wholesale sales and distributor management.
- Key account management and commercial negotiations.
- On-trade sales involving bars, restaurants, hotels and other licensed outlets.
- Regional sales operations, territory development and market expansion.
- Brand strategy, trade marketing and brand activation.
