Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical examinations and assess patients’ health conditions.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Request and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests, X-rays and MRI scans.
- Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide counselling and health education to patients.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Comply with relevant medical laws, regulations and professional ethical standards.
