Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning
- Monitor and report on financial performance
- Collaborate with auditors during audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
