About the Role
The Organisational Design & Culture Manager is responsible for driving HR transformation initiatives across South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and Francophone countries. This pivotal role involves crafting a Sub-Saharan transformation agenda that enables business performance by aligning organizational models, processes, tools, systems, and capabilities with business strategy and benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR transformation initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Review and enhance country organizational models to support strategic objectives.
- Drive cultural and organizational alignment with Danone’s mission and values.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A completed HR-related degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture, and Organisation Design across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Strong leadership skills aligned with the following values:
