About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online growth and brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that attract new clients, engage our community, and position Marilla Travels as a leader in luxury and experiential travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, blogs, reels) to showcase our travel packages.
- Manage and grow our social media communities (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with a consistent content calendar.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Manage and update the company’s website, ensuring content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
- Monitor online reviews and manage the company’s online reputation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bsc/HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of growing an online audience.
- Must be highly tech-savvy and proficient with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
- Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Must reside on the Lekki Island or in very close proximity (e.g., Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah).
- A passion for travel is a significant advantage.
