Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support to staff, maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure optimal performance of computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Respond promptly to IT support requests and maintain records of reported issues and resolutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and data backups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer support skills.
- Previous experience in IT support or system administration is an added advantage.
Salary
₦150,000 per month (Performance-driven with opportunities for career growth).
