Job Overview
Daserv Global Services Limited is seeking a results-driven Performance Manager to design, implement, and monitor performance management systems across the company. The successful candidate will drive productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement for both site and office teams, supporting effective project delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Develop and manage a company-wide performance management framework and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular performance appraisals for site and office staff.
- Track project team performance and recommend improvements.
Productivity and Efficiency
- Monitor staff output, site productivity, and project timelines.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to address them.
- Work with department heads to set performance targets and measure results.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programmes.
- Support managers with coaching and performance feedback.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyse performance data to support management decision-making.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Maintain records of staff performance, commendations, and disciplinary actions.
Culture and Employee Engagement
- Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Support reward and recognition programmes that enhance staff motivation and morale.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years post-NYSC experience in performance management, operations, or a project-based organisation.
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and performance tracking tools.
Added Advantage
- Certification in Performance Management, PMP, or CIPM.
Work Structure
- Based in Guzape, Abuja, with regular site visits.
- Full-time, on-site role.
