Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the accurate filing of transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) obligations.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files.
- Review Country-by-Country Reports to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Conduct economic and functional analyses to support transfer pricing positions.
- Perform benchmarking and comparability studies using research databases and analytical tools.
- Support the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and strategies for clients.
- Assist in managing transfer pricing audits and controversy matters.
- Collaborate with tax, legal, and finance teams on transfer pricing matters.
- Monitor developments in transfer pricing regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Mentor graduate trainees and interns while supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in transfer pricing.
- Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
