The successful candidate will advise multinational clients on complex cross-border tax matters, transfer pricing, international tax planning, tax structuring, and corporate transactions while managing projects and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cross-border restructuring and financing concepts.
• Provide guidance on international group tax law and foreign tax regulations.
• Support company acquisitions and disposals from a tax perspective.
• Structure corporate transactions and reorganisations in a tax-efficient manner.
• Identify tax risks during tax due diligence exercises.
• Conduct negotiations with sellers on tax-related matters.
• Support multinational companies in planning, implementing, and documenting transfer pricing systems.
• Advise on cross-border value creation processes.
• Assist clients during tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA).
• Manage complex tax projects and coordinate multiple consulting and audit engagements.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in international tax consulting.
• Specialisation in transfer pricing or transaction advisory is an advantage.
• Degree in Economics, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional tax qualification (CTIN) is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
