About the Position
PKF Nigeria is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its Tax Department in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tax consulting engagements, maintaining client relationships and developing team members while ensuring effective delivery of tax services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of tax consulting services to a wide range of clients.
- Manage multiple client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop, mentor and grow team members.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a tax practitioner.
- Excellent knowledge of tax consulting processes, with a professional approach to diagnosing, developing and implementing clients’ tax needs.
- Excellent leadership ability and practice management skills.
- At least eight years of post-qualification tax experience.
- Prior experience with a reputable professional services firm is an added advantage.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Conscientious, innovative, confident and positive disposition.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
- ICAN, ACCA or CITN certification is mandatory.
