HerVest is recruiting for the position of Growth Marketer in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through organic social media and other growth marketing strategies.
The role involves developing strategies to grow communities, increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through organic social media.
- Develop and implement growth strategies that increase community engagement.
- Increase brand visibility across relevant digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through social media and growth marketing activities.
- Contribute to overall business growth through effective marketing initiatives.
- Plan, distribute, and repurpose social media assets.
- Develop strategies for building and growing online communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Experience in social media asset planning, distribution, and repurposing.
- Experience working in the fintech or technology sector is an added advantage.
