Job Summary
KPMG Nigeria is recruiting a Supplier & Vendor Management Support Officer to support supplier onboarding, vendor coordination, supplier performance monitoring and supply chain activities for oil and gas clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification and registration.
- Maintain supplier master data and vendor records in ERP systems.
- Coordinate supplier and vendor engagements.
- Monitor supplier compliance, certifications and documentation.
- Support supplier performance reviews and reporting.
- Track and escalate supplier-related issues.
- Generate supplier governance and vendor management reports.
- Support supplier risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2).
- 3–5 years’ experience in supplier management, procurement, vendor administration or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP/SCM systems; Power BI or procurement analytics experience is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or Six Sigma are an advantage.
- Experience in oil & gas, energy or large industrial environments is preferred.
