Job Description

Prepare and manage regulatory documentation.
Process permits required for the clearance of regulated products.
Upload documents on the NAFDAC portal and initiate Remita payment invoices, NAFDAC stamping and endorsements for clearing consignments.
Track shipments and ensure the regulatory department receives the correct shipping documents on time.
Liaise with clearing agents to ensure regulatory requirements are met during the clearing process.
Follow up on NAFDAC cheque approvals and make payments for regulatory statutory fees.
Follow up on PCN annual renewals, premises approvals and annual pharmacist licences.
Identify regulatory errors and help prevent or resolve regulatory issues.
Attend to regulatory matters at relevant NAFDAC offices and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Ensure the availability of necessary office tools and stationery for the department.
Administer and manage first aid supplies and inventory for the head office.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) qualification.
NYSC experience or certificate.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory processes and NAFDAC requirements.
Ability to manage regulatory documentation and follow up on approvals and renewals.
