Tastee Fried Chicken (TFC) was founded by Olayinka Pamela Adedayo. The business began as an extension of Tastee Pot, an outdoor catering company serving Nigerian and continental meals at special events. In 1997, Mrs. Adedayo incorporated Tastee Fried Chicken and opened its first restaurant in Surulere, Lagos State. Since then, the company has expanded to multiple restaurants and Tastee Turbo Café (TTC) locations across Lagos State and continues to grow.

Job Title: Auditor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month

Responsibilities

Gather, extract and consolidate data from multiple internal and external databases, APIs and transactional systems.
Reconcile stock at the front end.
Count main sales cash and petty cash with the cashier.
Conduct cash evacuation at the front end and reconcile machine printout receipts.
Physically verify supplies received from the warehouse/CPU and suppliers of perishable and non-perishable items.
Sign off on authorised expenses at the outlet in accordance with approved procedures.
Audit Product Transfer Notes (PTN) and compare them with Product Movement Forms (PMF).
Review the daily product comparative analysis (DPCS) report to identify product shortages.
Review material usage reports.
Conduct daily stocktaking of closing items at the production unit.
Review stock control sheets from the production unit.
Review accounts payable reports.
Review bank lodgements.
Use statistical programming languages such as Python or R and spreadsheet applications including Excel or Google Sheets where required.

Requirements

Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with data extraction, consolidation and analysis.
Strong reconciliation and auditing skills.
Good understanding of stock control, cash management and financial records.
Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
Relevant auditing, accounting, finance or related professional experience is an advantage.
