The programme is designed for individuals looking to start their careers in sales, gain hands-on field experience, build relationships with customers and distributors, and develop the skills required to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants are eligible if they:
- Have a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Are between 21 and 27 years old by October 2026.
- Have completed the NYSC programme.
- Have 0–2 years of work experience.
