1. Assistant Manager, Marketing – B2B

To drive the achievement of assigned brand/category performance targets, including awareness, loyalty and volume, through the execution of effective sales, marketing and brand-building strategies and initiatives.

The Job

  • Provide marketplace knowledge and generate insights to support regional category plan development and execution for B2B sales.
  • Own and manage events and activations by collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams on the planning, monitoring and execution of promotional activities and events.
  • Drive value creation, improve brand performance and achieve sales objectives in the marketplace.
  • Strengthen existing B2B sales channels and develop new adjacent channels through insight generation and execution of effective strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure the effective utilisation of the marketing budget by tracking expenditures.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing tactics that drive volume, market share, profitability and overall business performance.
  • Oversee the design and development of promotional materials.
  • Support the development of promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness, trial, preference, usage and loyalty while ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.
  • Measure and report the performance of all sales and marketing events against set performance goals, including ROI and KPIs.
  • Support the development of insight-driven Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing communications.

The Person Must

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be proficient in leveraging data and sales insights to improve trade execution and business performance.

Qualification

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant sales experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in redistribution sales.

2. Manufacturing Excellence Officer

Location: Iganmu, Lagos

Purpose of the Job

To drive and coordinate Manufacturing Excellence standards, methodologies, performance metrics and capability development, enabling the achievement of world-class manufacturing excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence programmes and strategic stakeholder collaboration.

The Job

  • Facilitate and train plant teams on continuous improvement tools, lean methodologies, waste elimination, value stream mapping (VSM) and loss cost management.
  • Drive improvement projects focused on operational efficiency, productivity enhancement, cost reduction and capability development across the Group.
  • Coordinate waste reduction initiatives and facilitate performance review sessions to ensure delivery of targeted savings.
  • Support the deployment and continuous improvement of Maintenance and Reliability Systems through training, coaching and structured maintenance planning.
  • Develop, standardise and manage Manufacturing Excellence KPI reporting frameworks across business units.

The Person Must Have

  • A strong passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Manufacturing Excellence principles.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and training skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence is required.
  • Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–6 years’ relevant experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Experience deploying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE, 5S, Visual Management or other continuous improvement methodologies.

3. Spare Parts Stores Manager

Purpose of the Job

To lead and manage the Spare Parts Store by ensuring effective planning, control and optimisation of spare parts inventory, maintaining accurate records and system transactions, supporting maintenance reliability through the availability of critical spares, and ensuring compliance with HSE, GMP, 5S and operational standards.

The Job

  • Manage end-to-end spare parts inventory activities, including receiving, identification, storage, issuance and documentation of engineering spares.
  • Monitor consumption trends and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability while minimising excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure the availability of critical spare parts for preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance activities.
  • Implement inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits, bin location verification and variance reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate spare parts records, equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs), codification systems and master data within the ERP/CMMS platform.
  • Ensure proper storage, preservation and handling of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components.

The Person Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of engineering spare parts, maintenance systems and technical store operations.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles, stock forecasting and inventory optimisation techniques.
  • Proficiency in the use of ERP and CMMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar systems.

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Inventory Management, CIPS, CIPSMN or a related professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience managing technical or engineering stores within a manufacturing, industrial or process environment.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, spare parts planning and warehouse operations.
