Requirements

• LLB, BL. LLM will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must have 4-9 years of commercial law practice experience.
