Summary
VDT Communications is seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Billing Support Engineer to join its Operations team. The successful candidate will support billing systems, resolve technical and revenue-related issues, and help ensure the effective operation of billing processes within the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily billing system operations and configurations.
- Analyse billing logs and transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide second-level support for billing-related customer issues.
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and billing system upgrades.
- Generate and automate reports for Finance, Sales, and Customer Care.
- Assist with third-party integrations and vendor coordination.
- Maintain documentation of billing processes and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Telecom / ISP billing systems support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of BSS / Billing platforms.
- SQL / Database knowledge is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, etc. are a plus.
