𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
The Teller will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing cash, providing quality customer service, promoting relevant banking products, and ensuring compliance with financial and security procedures.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Balance cash drawers daily and monitor ATM-related transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, money transfers, and payments accurately.
- Recommend and cross-sell relevant banking products and services to customers.
- Work towards assigned sales and service targets.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve transaction-related issues.
- Provide customers with information about available banking products and services.
- Follow applicable regulatory requirements and security procedures.
- Maintain proper cash-handling practices and help prevent fraud and financial losses.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Interested candidates should possess:
- OND with a minimum of Upper Credit.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service.
- Strong mathematical and numerical ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
- Must not be more than 27 years old.
