Application and Selection Process
- Application: Interested candidates are required to submit their applications through the firm’s careers portal within the application period.
- Data Validation: Applications will be reviewed to verify eligibility and ensure all required information has been provided.
- Aptitude Test: Shortlisted candidates will participate in an aptitude test assessing analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Assessment Centre and Essay: Candidates who progress will participate in an assessment centre comprising Group Exercise, Panel Interview, and Essay Writing.
- Final Interview: Successful candidates at the assessment centre will be invited for a one-on-one interview with a Partner from the relevant service line.
- Offer: Candidates who successfully complete all stages of the recruitment process will receive an offer to join the firm.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 credits in one sitting, with Mathematics and English Language as prerequisites.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper in any discipline.
- Graduates from international universities must submit academic transcripts where the degree classification is not stated on the certificate.
- Law graduates must have a minimum of Second-Class Lower from the Nigerian Law School.
- Applicants must not be more than 26 years old at the time of application.
- Applicants must have completed their NYSC programme by December 2026.
- Candidates are required to select the service line that best aligns with their qualifications, skills, and career interests.
