The programme provides opportunities for university lecturers to undertake industry-related research and contribute to the company’s business objectives, while postgraduate students gain practical industry experience and conduct research in relevant technical disciplines.

1. Postgraduate Research Internship for University Students
The Postgraduate Research Internship offers Nigerian postgraduate students pursuing MSc, M.Phil. and PhD degrees the opportunity to gain industry-related work experience and conduct topical research within Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited.
Duration: 12 months (non-renewable).

2. Sabbatical Attachment for University Lecturers
The Sabbatical Attachment is open to university lecturers at the rank of Senior Lecturer and above. The programme provides opportunities to undertake research and other activities that support Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited’s business objectives.
Participants will also gain industry-related experience and contribute to teaching and research activities at the Renaissance JV Centres of Excellence.
