Job Title: Internal Control Supervisor
CWAY Foods and Beverages Nigeria is recruiting an experienced professional for the position of Internal Control Supervisor in Sagamu, Ogun State.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring internal controls, inventory processes, audits and compliance within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor internal control systems, policies and SOPs.
- Conduct stock audits, process audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor inventory variances, wastages, damages and adjustments.
- Identify operational risks, control gaps and process weaknesses.
- Recommend corrective actions to address identified control issues.
- Review transactions and documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile findings with system records.
- Monitor adherence to approved procedures, authorisation limits and segregation of duties.
- Investigate irregularities, losses and control breaches and escalate significant findings.
- Track the implementation and closure of audit recommendations.
- Prepare internal control, audit and compliance reports.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, audit procedures and compliance monitoring.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- ICAN or ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
