CWAY Foods and Beverages Nigeria is recruiting an Assistant Internal Control Manager to support its internal control, audit and compliance functions in Sagamu, Ogun State.
The role is suited to an experienced professional with a background in internal control, audit, risk or compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor internal control systems, policies and SOPs.
- Conduct stock audits, process audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor inventory variances, wastages, damages and adjustments.
- Identify operational risks, control gaps and process weaknesses.
- Recommend corrective actions for identified control issues.
- Review transactions and documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile findings with system records.
- Monitor adherence to approved procedures, authorisation limits and segregation of duties.
- Investigate irregularities, losses and control breaches and escalate significant findings.
- Track the implementation and closure of audit recommendations.
- Prepare internal control, audit and compliance reports.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, audit procedures and compliance monitoring.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- ICAN or ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
