Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff.
• Implement and maintain production schedules to meet company targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and control production processes to optimize resource use.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering, Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
• At least five (5) years’ continuous experience in tomato mix production operations.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of UNIVERSAL PACKAGING MACHINES.
• Excellent written and report writing skills.
• Readiness to align with company HSE policy and procedures.
