Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Financial Analyst – Revenue Finance to provide financial analysis, reporting, and commercial insights that support revenue growth and business performance. The successful candidate will work closely with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Excellence, Logistics, IT, and Finance teams to improve pricing execution, revenue reporting, rebate management, and commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Excellence and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to implement approved price changes across systems.
- Prepare and analyse ZPU/Self-Collection reports, providing insights against Budget, Revised Estimate, and Prior Year performance.
- Deliver month-end volume and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) variance analysis.
- Coordinate unconditional rebate processing and ensure timely approvals and payments.
- Manage product listing and exclusions across SFA, Hybris, and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
- Review duplicate customer transactions and prevent duplicate rebate payments.
- Coordinate quarterly channel rebate computations and system setup.
- Prepare and present regional commercial performance reports and dashboards.
- Support Audit and Internal Control teams by providing evidence for pricing and system governance.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams on planning activities and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ finance experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience working with commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and commercial finance systems.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shift activities to ensure efficient execution of production plans and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Deliver shift KPIs, including Product Quality, Health & Safety, Service Level Excellence (SLE), Yield, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Material Waste targets.
- Prepare and submit SAP production confirmations, downtime reports, and emergency breakdown notifications.
- Organise shift review meetings to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, and health & safety standards, including TCCQS, HACCP, and ISO requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and eliminate inefficiencies.

Requirements
