The company is recruiting to fill the position of Maintenance Officer in Lagos.
Job Summary
The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of hotel buildings, equipment, facilities and utility systems through regular inspections, preventive maintenance and prompt repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and inspections of hotel facilities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply and general building systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise equipment failures and operational downtime.
- Identify and rectify electrical and plumbing faults.
- Monitor generators, pumps, air-conditioning systems, water systems and other hotel equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, tools and equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety and hotel standards.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers when specialised repairs are required.
- Keep the maintenance workshop, tools and equipment clean, safe and properly organised.
- Support other departments with technical and maintenance-related issues.
Salary
₦100,000 per month.
