Position: Loan Recovery Officer

Basic Salary: ₦55,000
About Us:
Our company is actively seeking proactive and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Loan Recovery Officers. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our financial stability by engaging with borrowers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact borrowers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
- Monitor borrower accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving payment-related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: OND/NCE.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must reside within Ogba, Ojota, Ikeja, Agege, Iju Ishaga, or nearby environs.
- Availability to resume work immediately.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ₦55,000
- Attendance/Transport Allowance: ₦19,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₦180,000 (weekly/monthly, based on performance).
