As part of our International Tax Services team Nigeria, you will advise multinational clients on cross-border tax issues.
Your Tasks
- Advise on cross-border restructuring and financing concepts, international group tax law, foreign tax law, company acquisitions and sales.
- Structure corporate transactions and reorganizations, identify tax risks in the context of tax due diligence and conduct negotiations with sellers.
- Support multinational companies in the planning, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing systems, the structuring of cross-border value creation processes as well as the support of tax audits, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing agreements (APA).
- Manage complex tax projects, coordinate various audit and consulting assignments as well as motivate your team members and promote their professional and personal development.
What you bring to the table — skills that will help you shape the future
- At least five years of professional experience in international tax consulting, ideally with a specialization in transfer pricing or transaction projects.
- Degree in economics or law or degree in finance, ideally passed tax exam – CITN.
- Very good communication skills in English.
