Description
Red Bull is recruiting for the position of Student Marketeer – Pan-Atlantic University. As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, the successful candidate will be part of the company’s brand and product ambassador programme, helping to drive brand awareness, product understanding, consumer engagement, and sales on campus and within the surrounding region.
Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), the Student Marketeer will engage university students, reach new consumers, conduct product trials, increase brand visibility, and support Red Bull events and collegiate activations. The role offers flexibility and an opportunity to work in a creative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product Ambassador
- Represent Red Bull’s brand personality and company values through everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
- Build and execute an innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the Red Bull brand to life at the university.
- Build and maintain relationships with key individuals on and around the campus.
- Identify local collegiate content creators and work with the FMS to bring them into the World of Red Bull.
- Increase consumer awareness and product trials through sampling at appropriate locations and times.
- Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.
- Build awareness and encourage participation in Red Bull collegiate events and activations.
- Increase brand engagement through authentic content on social media.
Sales
- Build relationships with local sales account managers and help ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, on campus, and within the region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to open new distribution points within the university and beyond.
- Leverage relevant Red Bull assets to maintain brand visibility in sales accounts.
- Ensure effective execution of defined store standards.
Executional Excellence
- Deliver high-quality execution and demonstrate attention to detail across all areas of the role.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions.
- Plan and report activities accurately and on time through the designated online platform.
- Contribute to business development by providing local insights, identifying trends, and highlighting opportunities.
