Description
Red Bull is recruiting for the position of Student Marketeer – Ajayi Crowther University. As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, the successful candidate will become part of the company’s brand and product ambassador programme.
Reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), the Student Marketeer will help drive Red Bull’s brand image and product understanding on campus and within the surrounding region. The role involves reaching new consumers, engaging university students, increasing sales, driving brand visibility, conducting product trials, and supporting Red Bull events.
The position offers flexibility and an opportunity to work in a creative and inclusive environment rather than a traditional 9-to-5 setting.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product Ambassador
- Represent Red Bull’s brand personality and company values through everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
- Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at the university.
- Create and maintain a strong network of relationships with key individuals on and around the campus.
- Identify local collegiate content creators in relevant Red Bull scenes and work with the FMS to bring them into the World of Red Bull.
- Grow the user base through product sampling and awareness activities, while answering consumer questions and concerns.
- Work at Red Bull events, collegiate activations, and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.
- Build awareness and encourage participation in the World of Red Bull, including collegiate events and activations.
- Increase brand engagement through authentic content on social media handles.
Sales
- Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, on campus, and within the region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to open new distribution points for Red Bull within the university campus and beyond.
- Leverage relevant Red Bull assets to maintain brand visibility in sales accounts.
- Ensure effective execution of defined store standards.
Executional Excellence
- Deliver high-quality execution and demonstrate attention to detail across all areas of the role.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions.
- Plan and report activities accurately and on time through the designated online platform.
- Contribute to business development by providing local insights, identifying trends, and highlighting opportunities.
