Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock records.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing goods.
• Track stock levels and identify shortages or excesses.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor expiry dates and minimise product wastage.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other supermarket staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inventory or stock management is an advantage.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Honesty, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
