Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
• Record daily sales, expenses, purchases, and payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Reconcile cash, bank, and POS transactions.
• Monitor income and expenditure.
• Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with payroll and other accounting duties.
• Monitor inventory-related financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation and accountability of funds.
• Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• Honesty, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
