Job Summary
The 2026 JBN Commercial Graduate Trainee Programme is a three-year structured skilling and competency-building programme that combines formal development with real work experience from day one.
Successful participants will gain an understanding of the JBN business while receiving training and support to enhance their professional development and career progression. The programme covers both generic and role-specific areas aligned with participants’ respective talent segments and job families.
The training approach combines on-the-job and off-the-job learning, providing participants with practical experience and opportunities to collaborate across functions.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper.
- Basic IT proficiency.
- Must not be more than 26 years of age.
- Must have completed NYSC not more than one year ago.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
