Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer / Radiographer to join our dynamic healthcare team. If you are passionate about medical imaging and patient care, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure patient comfort, safety and confidentiality.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including ultrasound, X-ray and other relevant modalities as directed.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly.
- Ensure high-quality images are obtained and properly stored in the hospital’s imaging system.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with Radiologists and other members of the healthcare team for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of procedures performed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Radiography, Sonography or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Experience in both ultrasound and X-ray is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of imaging techniques and anatomy.
- Proficiency in operating ultrasound and X-ray equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
