Key Responsibilities

Develop building designs, plans and detailed drawings that meet client requirements and comply with relevant regulations.
Oversee construction projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals.
Ensure architectural designs comply with zoning laws, building codes and safety standards.
Incorporate environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions into building designs.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other professionals involved in projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Registration with relevant professional bodies, such as ARCON in Nigeria, is an advantage or may be required.
Proven experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
Strong design sense and innovative thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent attention to detail in drawings, measurements and documentation.
