Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise and coordinate a 10-man team specialising in construction and finishing.
Oversee the maintenance of high-rise buildings.
Ensure building structures are safe, stable and compliant with engineering standards.
Apply knowledge and experience in areas including Aluco board and façade works.
Supervise the installation of aluminium and glass, as well as the finishing of doors, windows and partitions.
Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
Manage contractors from sourcing and pricing through tendering and project completion.

Requirements

HND or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is an added advantage.
Professional Engineer (PE) licence is often required.
Hands-on experience in building finishing and construction.
Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design software.
Strong knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering principles.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to manage diverse teams and work effectively with clients and other professionals.
