Job Title: Inventory Verification Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 per month

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled inventory verification at all branches, warehouses, project sites and other remote locations.
Verify all inventory categories, including Finished Goods, Spare Parts, Raw Materials and Company Assets.
Perform both planned and surprise stock counts in accordance with the approved verification schedule.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root-cause analysis.
Prepare comprehensive inventory verification reports, including findings, variances and recommendations.
Monitor compliance with inventory control procedures and recommend process improvements.
Support Management by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records across all business units.

Requirements

BSc/HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, stock control or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing, retail or distribution environment.
Proficiency in using modern inventory management software and ERP systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping, stock tracking and data entry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyse inventory data, interpret trends and make data-driven decisions.
