Job Summary

A reputable Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) with multiple outlets across Lagos is seeking experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to join its growing team.

The ideal candidates must be customer-focused, operationally sound, and capable of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across both front and back-of-house.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and overall guest satisfaction.
• Implement customer loyalty, reward, and retention initiatives.
• Develop and execute restaurant-level promotional and marketing activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organize, schedule, and supervise staff shifts.
• Lead, coach, train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant team members.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast operational needs, and ensure uninterrupted supply of stock.
• Minimize product waste and maintain strict cost control measures.
• Ensure a clean, hygienic, safe, and positive working environment.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Introduce innovative strategies to boost team productivity and drive sales growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree or HND in a related field.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable supervisory food service role is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of food preparation, hygiene standards, and dining room workflows.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
• Sound financial management, basic accounting, and reporting abilities.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
