Key Responsibilities
Receipting & Vouchers
- Prepare and log cash receipt vouchers into the accounting software.
- Verify that payment amounts match invoices sent to customers.
- Maintain an organised system for physical and digital payment records.
Customer Account Reconciliation
- Compare customer statements with the company’s ledger to identify discrepancies.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and unapplied credits.
- Update accounts receivable records when errors are identified and corrected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or accounts receivable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
