Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel management industry, with relevant certification in accounting. This role is vital in ensuring financial compliance, accurate reporting, and the smooth processing of financial operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and compliance documents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel management industry/agency.
- Strong ability to process accounting/financial compliance, reports, and sheets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
