Our client, a firm specialising in interior design, construction, renovations and civil works, seeks a skilled and registered Architect to lead architectural design from concept development to construction and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, 3D models and construction drawings.
- Manage building plan approvals and ensure compliance with Lagos State regulations and the National Building Code.
- Supervise architectural works on-site and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers.
- Support cost reviews, project documentation and timely project delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
- ARCON registration is mandatory; NIA membership is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience, with completed residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools.
- Proven experience securing building approvals in Lagos State.
- Strong design, technical, communication and project coordination skills.
