Givanas is a household name in Nigeria’s personal care industry, renowned for quality soaps made from natural ingredients. We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in key regions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales activities and team performance within the assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise Sales Executives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure distributor/retailer satisfaction and resolve challenges promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
