Assistant Manager, Marketing (Marketing Function)

Vitafoam Nigeria PLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Marketing to join its Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing strategy and execution, enhancing brand awareness, visibility, and overall customer experience across all channels.
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is Nigeria’s leading manufacturer of flexible, reconstituted, and rigid foam products. Founded on August 4, 1962, and listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1978, the company operates the largest foam manufacturing and distribution network in West Africa. This extensive network ensures timely delivery of products across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to boost brand recognition and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media, and PR.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the creation of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in campaign management, branding, and market analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- A valid driver’s license.
